I ordered the quesabirria tacos and elote. The tacos were much bigger than regular street tacos...more like standard size. Soooo flavorful & good. The elote was good, but it's the tacos that will bring me back. My kid got the birria nachos and loved them! The serve-yourself salsa bar had some yummy options. Simple, easy, and delicious meal before heading to the Eccles Theater for a show!
With all this variety of taco places, it is hard to find good tacos. I have to say these tacos are good. Would I make the drive to eat from here? No. But if I’m around this place and craving tacos, I will definitely eat here. Their elote is really good, and I recommend getting the actual corn, not the one from the cup. Great customer service and a really clean place.
Very fresh food in a fun comfortable enviroment. The corn tortillas are the bomb!! Only small critique is to have salsa even Spicer, but we have a tolerance for heat and not many match the heat we love.
Great place, amazing taste! The lobster taco had us melting in our seats. Loved the flavor of the carne asada, would recommend to add pico if you enjoy pico. The have a salsa bar so you can add the types of salsa you prefer to your meal. I also got the pastor burrito and loved it. The staff was able to adjust our order to meet my husband's dietary needs, and came to check on us often. We loved eating here and will come again!
Thick corn tortillas. Quality food. Great portions. Taco Tuesday (tacos for 2.50 each) is only valid for carnitas and pastor. Horchata is sweet and dark. Definitely becoming a regular here.
Super good tacos! and fresh corn tortillas that are a little thicker :-) overall a very nice experience. We got the tacos al pastor and the fish tacos; they were really good. I would recommend getting a extra corn tortilla to make a bonus Taco for all of the stuff that falls out of these super loaded tacos! They don't go light on the meat
We thoroughly enjoyed the food here! Came in a pinch before a show without a ton of time. We were looking for a quick bite but not fast food. Luckily right across the street was Maize. We were able to order and eat in less than 30 minutes before our show. The food was delicious the service was fast, the only thing missing was the atmosphere. There weren't many patrons or decor to add to the dining experience. That all said... We're definitely are going to return and you should try it too!
The tacos were outstanding especially the shrimp and pork. Probably the best street style taco I have had in SLC. The homemade tortilla are to die for. I can't wait to go back soon.
